Previously, the company was called as Yung Ho Development Co. engaging in the sales of the imported NSK bearings around the entire Taiwan island.

1959

Appointed by Enuma Chain Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Japan) as the sole agent in Taiwan, engaging in the distribution of EK transmission chains.

1966

February: Appointed by NSK Ltd. as the sole agent in Taiwan, engaging in the distribution of NSK bearing series.
April: Yung Ho Shun Co., Ltd. was incorporated (transformed from Yung Ho Development Co.) with the head-office located at No. 17-2, Ning Hsia Road, Taipei. The capital invested was NT$7,000,000.00.

1970

In February, the company's capital was incremented to NT$10,000,000.00.

1976

Appointed by MIWA Lock Co., Ltd. (Japan) as the sole agent in Taiwan, engaging in the distribution of MIWA door lock series.

1977

In June, the company's capital was incremented to NT$20,000,000.00.

1978

In October, Yung Shun Bearing Co., Ltd. was incorporated as the Kaohsiung Branch.
The head-office was relocated to 7F, No. 24, Sec. 1, Nanjing E. Road, Taipei and the original office was used as the distribution center.

1980

In March, the capital was incremented to NT$60,000,000.00.

1983

In May, the capital was further incremented to NT$90,000,000.00.
In October, the company was again relocated to 10F, No. 98, Sec. 2, Nanjing E. Road, Taipei.

1985

In December, the company began to use IBM S36 computer system.

1987

In April, Taichung Office was set up at No. 107-6, Sec. 3, Wen Shin Road, Taichung City.

1989

IBM S36 computer system was replaced by IBM AS/400 system.
In November, joint investment was carried out with NSK Ltd. to set up an affiliate business: Taiwan NSK Precision Co., Ltd.

1996

In March, the distribution center was established in Lin Kou.

1997

After R&D and test, the company has successfully established a computer-based warehousing system.
In June, the capital was again incremented to NT$120,000,000.00.

1998

In July, the company was honored by Ministry of Finance as the superior company for issuing the unified business invoices. In the meantime, the company was also honored as the superior company for issuing the unified business invoices in Taipei City.
In July, aggressive move was taken to promote ISO-9002 under the counseling assistance by Chung Wei Development Center which is a legal entity.
In October, formal application for ISO-9002 assessment was submitted.

2001

In January, the capital was again incremented to NT$156,000,000,00
In July, representative office was set up in Shangha China.
In December, the company passed the assessment of BSI (British standard Institution) ISO-9001International.Quality Certification for no nonconformity in operation.

2007

In July, the capital was incremented to NT$280,800,000.00.
