Enuma Chain Mfg. Co., Ltd.

Since Enuma Chain Mfg. Co., Ltd. was founded in 1941, the main business was the production of steel roller chains. After the incorporation, EK has spared no efforts in strengthening technical ability and renewing, improving machines and equipment. With its quality-oriented production, EK was highly affirmed and trusted by all other countries in the world.

EK is engaging in wider range of product manufacturing, ranging from power-driven micro pitch chain to oversized chains for civil construction machines and industrial-purpose transportation tools.

Initially, EK's roller transmission chains were used in industrial machines, bicycles and motorcycles. Now, EK's chains are widely used in a variety of construction machines, agricultural machines and moving machines because these chains are capable of developing the highest efficiency even sustaining impact under high-speed transmission. Described below are features of EK's roller chains:

1.	No slip-falling during the transmission EK's roller chain can develop over 98% of transmission efficiency. Unlike the conveying belt, it is especially quiet, smooth even under high-speed operation without the worry of slip falling.
2.	Restriction-free of the center distance Unlike gears or triangular conveying, the center distance between axles will not be restricted.
3.	Increased revolution ratio The transmission speed-shift ratio of EK's roller chain can be maximized to 1:9. (Usually, the ratio below 1:7 is the most appropriate level.)
4.	The ability of absorbing impact and vibration Because EK's roller chain is a combination of elastomer in construction, so appropriate deformation can be made during the transmission to absorb impact and protect the axle and the machine.
5.	Most economical transmission EK's roller chain is not only very high in transmission efficiency but is also pretty tight and tough in its components which are durable for longer time of using. In case of careless damage, very little service cost would be required only attributing to its simple construction. Therefore, it meets the requirement of economical efficiency.

Comparing with the gears and conveying belt used in the ordinary power-driven transmission devices, EK's Roller Chain has outnumbered other brands in aspects of transmission capability, efficiency, service life, noise prevention and service cost. In this respect, boundless applications could be expected from EK's Roller Chain. In view of this, significant contributions to reasonable and energy-saving production could be expected for any industries and machines that use EK's Roller Chain.
